Tables-

Tables available at $40 each 

Reservations:

Call Siggi or Brigitte at (604) 941-0300 to book your table.

bulletNo table guarantees until payment received and confirmed by calling us. 
bulletAfter calling to confirm table availability, click on "booking form" and print it out, fill it in and mail it in with your cheque.

Seller Conditions:

bulletNO Admission before 7:30;
bulletLoading area parking limited to 10 minutes. 
bulletSeller can set up from 7:30 am on the show day. 
bulletTables not claimed before 8:45 may be reassigned without refund. 
bulletSellers must have a name tag before entrance into hall;
bulletTable rates include name tag for seller and 1 (one) assistant...additional assistants arriving AT SET UP TIME will be charged $20.00.
bulletNO vacating your tables before 4:00 PM...we reserve the right to refuse tables at the next show for sellers not abiding by the conditions above...we have had complaints about empty tables from customers arriving at the show between 2 and 4pm
bulletTables will NOT be rented to persons doing so only to gain early admittance. 
bulletPlease, please please, WE are the ones that must clean up after you leave...take all garbage and place it in the appropriate container.  DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE IN THE HALL!!!
bulletEverything must be cleared from the hall by 5 PM. 

Security:

bulletThe Association and show organiser provide reasonable security with designated security staff and a single visitor entrance/exit that is continually video-taped.
bulletDespite these precautions thefts can and do occur at swap meets.
bulletYou are responsible for your table(s).
bulletKeep ALL high value items in a showcase.
bulletDo not allow more items out than you can continually monitor.
bulletAlert the organisers and other table holders if you see any suspicious behaviour.
bulletSTAY ALERT AND BE CAUTIOUS
