Years Eve Après ski buffet:
Breakfast? Breakfast? BREAKFAST!!!
   
Joern's 8 grain almond tofu Belgian waffles with amaretto
strawberries and cream; table set for breakfast; Nikolas having afternoon
tea.

helping; the neighbours picking (there were 5 bears on the hill the day we were
up!)
Breakfast at Cedar Springs B&B Lodge is an
event! You will not leave the table hungry...most likely, you will skip lunch!
Don't pig out on bread, the main course is BIG,
and worth waiting for! We are world famous for this event...
We serve breakfast between 8:00AM (7:30 during the ski season) and 9:00AM.
- Orange, Apple or pineapple Juice;
- Fresh Seasonal Fruit Plate or Fresh Fruit Salad;
- Fruit yoghurt;
- Selection of Cereals including Joern's home made Granola;
- Home-baked Breads for toast- i.e.9 grain with flax seed; whole wheat with sunflower and
sesame seeds; raisin-cinnamon with pecans; dried apricot, cranberry, currant, apple and
almond...and so on! Baked fresh every day!
- Home-made Gourmet Preserves- wild high bush cranberry, raspberry and triple sec; three
apple, red wine and port; wild blueberry, huckleberry, strawberry, triple sec and
tequila...I have made 197 different kinds so far and am still creating...hic!
- Freshly baked butter croissants, chocolate croissants or pastries...yummy!
- Freshly Ground Coffee
- Selection of Teas- leaf teas and a large selection of herbal teas available as well.
- Hot Entree's Change daily:
- Vegetarian or Ham Frittate
- Eggs Benedict
- Pancake Varieties:-
- Blueberry, Apple, with fruit yogourt

Guaranteed to be a breakfast you won't forget, you'll write home about, you'll tell
your friends about, you'll come back for! We've had guests extend their stays just
so they could have another breakfast.
Please note: We serve a different main course every day, alternating a sweet dish
and then a savory dish. Please let us know any food allergies, dislikes or any
special requests. If you have special dietary needs, please give us as much advance
notice as possible...I shop in Vancouver to get the best selection. We specialize in
special requests...vegan, vegetarian, no wheat, no gluten, no dairy, no sugar...no
problem! I haven't been stumped yet. If you leave our table hungry your jaw
must be wired shut!
Dinner...Yes, we do a great DINNER as well, but I
specialize in DESSERTS!

Dinner is a festive occasion, the fireplace crackles, soft music,
candlelight and new friends. Usually group seating (one large table)...again, an
event not to be missed...and I serve skier sized portions!

possibilities. Please note: Dinners are priced seasonally, between $28 to $45/person including a
beverage which may or may not contain alcohol. We serve dinner 2 or 3 nights per
week during the ski season only! (or by advance booking). We have a 6 person
minimum at all times. |
