Let us know the level you ski at and we can suggest programs to suit your
needs:
Level
1: First-Time Skier/Rider
- never skied or snowboarded before
Level 2:
Apprehensive Novice
- has ridden a ski lift, can turn and stop in a
controlled manner
- Green runs are manageable but cause anxiety
Level 3:
Comfortable Novice
- feel at home on green runs but rarely venture
onto blue runs
Level 4:
Apprehensive Intermediate
- can ski/ride most blue runs, however, do so
with some reservations
Level 5:
True Blue Intermediate
- comfortable on blue runs
- black diamond runs are an adventure rarely
taken
Level 6:
Aggressive Intermediate
- attack blue runs routinely, however, black
diamond runs are a somewhat humbling experience
Level 7:
Advanced
- enjoy the challenge of black diamond runs …
some more than others
Level 8: Expert
- boldly ski/ride all
black diamond runs

by Columbia Sportswear, is a six year old Whistler based company that
specializes in all-mountain guiding and instruction. If you can ski a black
diamond run then you'll fit right into this intensive two-day program. Extremely
Canadian's hand-picked coaches will show you the ropes on some of the best
terrain North America has to offer; chutes, couloirs, bowls, trees and steeps
will be second nature after this two day clinic. Clients are placed in small
groups of like ability and work on basic ski technique which, coupled with a
serious amount of vertical guarantees improvement. |
