The Fine Print:
- We have our own section of the house, so there is no feeling of
"invading" someone's home!
- We are a non-smoking house, there is an area on the front deck with chairs,
table and ashtray. Please, no smoking in the hot tub.
- We have a no street shoes policy, you are welcome to bring your own slippers!
- No Pets are allowed.
- Children are welcome as long as they are well behaved!
- Minimum stays apply during certain times of the year
- Deposit = 25% of Full Payment or first night (higher amount), due upon
confirmation.
- Full Payment required 30 days prior to arrival in Winter and 14 days in
Summer; 45 days for whole house booking.
- Cancellation Policy: - If notice received by us in writing 30/14 days
before scheduled arrival, deposit is refundable, less an administration charge of
$50/$35.00/room.
- Full Payment is non-refundable if canceled within 30/14 days.
- We recommend Travel/Trip Cancellation Insurance available
from any travel agent in your home country.
- All rates: are in Canadian dollars and are subject to 10% Hotel Tax & 7% G.S.T.
(G.S.T. refundable to non-Canadian residents)
- based on double occupancy, (except single), extra persons $35.00 Cdn each/per night.
Note: - No Refund for early departure of reservation.
